🔒 Full payment may be required before dispatch (except COD orders).

4. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh via trusted courier partners (Pathao, Steadfast, etc.)

Inside Dhaka: 2–4 working days

Outside Dhaka: 3–7 working days

⚠️ Delays due to public holidays, natural issues, or courier disruptions are beyond our control.

Order Cancellation: Within 24 hours of placing your order.

Return Requests: Must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Item must be unused & undamaged.

Return Shipping: Paid by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7 working days after inspection.
